Hardware for custom built wood windows

Question

We want to build several wood sash windows. Customer does not want vinyl windows. We need the hardware for double hung  windows. If we provide sizes can you provide quote for needed parts?

We carry the Series 500 non-tilt window spiral balance, in addition to our 17-012 bracket, a combination of parts which have been used on wood windows for decades. Look them over and see if these will work. I would also recommend a charging tool like our 75-005.

If you agree, then please tell me the height of the visible glass and the weight of the sash. That way we can tell you exactly which Series 500 spiral balance would work.
