Hardware for sliding door

Hello! I'm looking to replace the hardware that is attached to the bottom of a mirrored sliding door. I believe it's an acme door. The builiding was built in 2008.
It is 2" wide and 3" H.
I also uploaded the bracket at the top, in case that is helpful to identify, but I only need the bottom piece.
