Hardware for storm door

Question

I am looking for a door handle and door lock for a storm door. Below is the info on the door and attached are the pictures.

I don't believe your storm door handle set is made anymore, but I've had past customers tell me that our 40-058 works well as a substitute. Look it over and let me know what you think.
