It's tough to make out exactly what your pivot is from these photos, but our 79-125 and 79-126 are made for Amarlite commercial doors. Look these over and see how well they match up to your existing pivot hardware. I think they're a great place to start.

If they differ in any way, please let me know how and I'll do my best to find something better.
