Hardware parts

A home owner from Colorado, CO says:
I need replacement parts for my casement window. Hinges, stud bracket, track, and the clips that hold the locking bar in the frame. I don't know who manufactured my window so I'm seeking help with that. Thank you!

Hi there!

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for your tie bar guide. We have the 39-448 and 39-417 but I'm not sure if they would work. As for the hinge, I recommend comparing the specifications of the 36-048 with yours to see if this matches up.

For the stud bracket, can you show us a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible? Once we can identify the operator, we can determine the compatible accessories.

A home owner from Colorado, CO says:
Do these photos show what you need? Do you know who the manufacturer is of our windows? I cannot find any logos or names.

The video of the 417 tie bar guide says it works with a lot of different windows. Do you think it is adaptable for ours?

Thanks for the additional photos. I'm afraid we don't know who manufactured your window but your operator appears to match our 39-221B and 39-220B which are compatible with the 39-546 and 39-545 brackets.

Our tie bar guides can indeed work in a lot of windows but we aren't familiar with this type of tie bar so we can't make any guarantees, unfortunately. You can see our return policy here, just in case.

A home owner from Colorado, CO says:
What about the locking clasp piece that is mounted to the inside edge? See pic.

That appears to be the keeper, but it's not a style I'm familiar with. Would it be at all possible to see the lock that interacts with it? That will allow me to determine if we have something that's compatible.
