Hardware query Hinge

I am wondering if you can help me, I'm looking for replacement hardware. Please see attached photos. Is this something that you stock? If so, how much does it cost and what is the lead time.

Hello, Lee. Take a look at our 39-264 split arm operator. This is neutral, which means it can be used as a left or right hand operator. Andersen notes that this replacement operator may not be exactly the same as the operator being replaced.
