Regarding the window hinge, I suggest starting with reviewing and comparing the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. There is a strong likelihood that this hinge will not be an exact replacement match to your existing hinge. That said, you will need to consider that you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinges and this may require drilling new installation holes.
