Window crank on left side ( turns clockwise to open) won't close window full way . I want to replace inside and outside hardware on both sides

Thanks for reaching out to us! We may have a recommendation for your window operator but I'll need to see the entire mechanism to determine the best possible replacement. There are a few different operators that share the same style base but the operator arm(s) differ. That said, I'll need to see a photo of the arm and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash.

Unfortunately, we would not be able to provide you with a replacement or a suitable alternative for the window hinges.

Please feel free to reach out with any other questions you might have in the meantime.

I believe the operator is the second photo that has the ruler underneath. I'm adding a photo with window open

Thanks for posting! Your operator looks like it could be replaced with either the 39-139 or 39-142 Single Arm Crank Operator. You'll need to carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to determine which of them might be the best fit.

The opposite version for each of these operators as well as the compatible tracks and crank handles are tagged below.
