Hardware rusted - need replacements

A handy person from Melbourne, Florida says:

Hello, I hope you can help identify the parts I need to repair these windows. My house has two types of American Craftsman windows purchased from Home Depot, installed at different times.

(1) The older ones are "north" in photos and have a male crank handle, labeled Silverline product ID 7551 with Roto symbol OPO 52020 HG04-2000.

(2) The newer ones are "hall" in photos and have a female crank handle, labeled 52-7504-WHT with TRUTH marking 40887B.

Location of the house is near the seacoast, so if someone offers Stainless Steel replacement parts that'd be fantastic. Please advise, thank you.

Mike

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hey, Mike. The two operators you're showing here (one male, one female) are actually the same operator. The male version is just an updated version. The manufacturer changed the design for some reason, but they all work the same except for how the handle attaches.

That aside, my recommendation is the 39-329 and 39-330 operators. We also sell the 39-205 folding handle.

Lastly, concerning your hinge, I recommend the 36-004-10. This is a stainless steel hinge and should replace the original without issue, just make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time.
