Harvey Closet sliding door rollers

We don't have an exact replacement for this Har-Vey roller, but I'm wondering if you could use the 23-003 as a replacement. It has a 3/4" offset. The wheel is 3/4" in diameter, however the shape might not be what you need. However, could drill out the wheel and install our 10-102 in its place? The 10-102 is made for shower doors, but it's 3/4" in diameter and has a rounded edge.
