Harvey Majesty double hung, wood pivot pieces

Hello,

I need pivot pieces for Harvey Majesty windows, purchased in/around 2021/2022.

Exterior composite, interior wood.

The only marking on pivot piece is "5"

Size 1 5/16" horizontal, 1 3/8" vertical.

I can send photo if more helpful.
