The only marking is the Harvey logo on the sash locks.

Thanks for reaching out! Your Harvey Sash Pivot Bar looks like it is a part of the 26-423 Pivot Bar. It appears the part of the pivot bar that attaches to the sash has broken off. Take a look over the dimensions and design to confirm that this is the right replacement.
