Do you have the handle part that's missing with side screws?

Hello,

Take a look and compare our 82-080 handle set with 4-15/16" hole spacing to yours.

Our 82-238 mortise lock is commonly used with this handle set but yours appears to be missing the faceplate that comes with ours. Look it over and see if this mortise could work for you if you need to replace that part as well. If you're unsure, please show us a photo of your mortise removed from the door and we can go from there. Thank you!

Can I replace the outside door handle to match the inside door handle on my harvey slding glass door? Currently the outside handle is really just a grip style handle I would prefer a real handle like the inside has.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Assuming that your handle is the same style as shown in the photos above, I'm sorry to say that they don't make an exterior pull with a "grip" style handle like you describe. The 82-080 handle set is currently only made with the "push" style handle, for lack of better terminology. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
