This is from the left side of the lower window (looking at the window from the inside). It snapped off while cleaning the windows. Some info from the warranty label:

We've seen this Harvey pivot bar a few times in the past and unfortunately, we've never been able to find a good match. Our 26-310 is the closest option we have but it's still very different from yours so I can't promise this will work. I am very sorry we can't offer something better.
