Hello I have harvey windows that are double hung style that tilt out. One of the pivot bars fell out. So now only one side will swing open and the other will fall out. I have also attached a photo of the pivot bar or shoe that it fits in?
Do you have the pivot bars that fit inside the windows?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your photo here shows the pivot shoe, but not the pivot bar that actually needs to be replaced. Is that something you'd be able to show me? Seeing it unobscured and undamaged would be appreciated. Thank you!

No unfortunately I do not have it as it is missing from the window, which is why I contacted you.
Thank you. I do have a not so good photo of the window model number from Harvey if that helps at all? The windows are over 20 years old

I'm afraid that sticker doesn't tell me anything. Harvey has also used a ton of different pivot bars for their windows, many of which aren't even made anymore. I was hoping to see which style you had so that I could determine if an alternative was available.
Are both pivot bars on this window missing? All windows of this type use two, one on each of the bottom corners. You could also check an identical window in the house that may still have all its hardware.
