This old pivot bar isn't made anymore, unfortunately. You'll have to adapt something like the 26-030, or really anything with that same tip. Note, drilling holes will be necessary but it may not be possible depending on the sash. I'm afraid this will not be an easy fix and will take some trial and error. I apologize we can't offer a better solution.
