Harvey casement window.

Question

Window will not close when cranking handle. Leave a gap of about 1/2 inch on the around all the sides. Top seems to have disconnected while bottom black piece is broken.

The black plastic piece on this window hinge is the track slider. Unfortunately, it isn't something sold separately so you'll need to replace the entire assembly.

There is a good chance we can provide you with the replacement you need to repair the window, but I'll need to see a photo of the entire hinge to make the best recommendation. I'll also need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.
