Harvey casement window

A quick learner says:
I need a left and right crank arms and the piece that slides the arm. The piece that slides broke in half and the windows do not close with the crank anymore. Need to force close them from the outside.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Your operator looks like the same style as our 39-187 and 39-188. Look these two parts over to start out and let me know if you agree.

I'm less sure about the other part that you may need. Would it be possible to see a picture of it?

A quick learner says:
Thank you for the reply. I have attached pictures of the broken part. You can really see the part that is broken in one picture.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Oh, I see. That would be the hinge. Yours in particular appears to be a 4-bar hinge, which are kind of particular setsup in terms of size. We offer a bunch of different 4-bar hinge sets that may work for you, but you will have to look over the dimensions we show for each one to confirm the best match. You can see our entire selection here.

A quick learner says:
Thank you for the help. I will measure the hinges and see which one will work with my windows.
