Harvey casement window rail and bracket

Hi, I have an older (2002) harvey casement window which appears to have a broken top rail / bracket system - causing it to not close properly when cranked in. I found this discussion from your website which appears to have exactly what I need. Can I order this from you? I am having a very hard time getting Harvey windows to help me.
