Harvey sliding door handle with lock

I am looking to replace my sliding door handle with lock. The handle crack on the outside pull. The screws are 3" 15/16 apart. The door is 1" 15/16 thick.
There are no markings.

This handle set comes equipped with a key lock, in an offset position and is provided with two compatible keys.
