Thanks for confirming. Your balances can be replaced with the S795-27 Channel Balance. You'll need to select the 27C stamp option, which will support sashes weighing between 17 to 22lbs.

Your existing pivot bar should work with this balance but if you aren't sure, please send a photo and I'll be happy to take a look.
