Do you have the small rectangular piece of plastic that snaps into the interior face of these windows? It doesn?t seem to have a purpose, just a cap.

Hello, I believe you are in need or a vent or sash stop like our 26-338 sash stop. Do you have any missing with the hole exposed? If so, could you send us the dimensions, width by height?

Hi Paul, sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. The opening itself is 5mm wide and exactly an inch long.

Can you confirm the width in inches? 5 millimeters is about 0.197", which is somewhere between 3/16" and 7/32". We don't have any vent locks with that width, though. Most of ours are smaller at 5/32".
