This is what the rail fits into that is mounted at the back of the cabinet.  Haas cabinets approximately put in 1994.

Take a look at another customer discussion here where we recommended our 32-119 drawer brackets to replace your hardware. The will need to be surface mounted but otherwise make great replacements. Take a look at the dimensions to confirm that these would be compatible with your drawer slides. Thank you!
