Has this drawer been modified?

I bought some Rite-trac hardware for a 15 year old Vaughn Bassett dresser and it was a perfect replacement, until I got to the bottom drawers. They have what almost looks like a retrofit of some kind, can you identify? Can I replace with a new track and glides?

We don't have an exact match for this track, but I suspect you might be able to use our 32-053 Kit as a replacement. See the video below.
