Have a miami window installed in 1950. When house was built.

Question

I have a miami window that will not crank window out. I am looking for a complete operator that will fit a miami window. The dimensions for it is. 1.25 in hes wide by 9 inches high.

This old Miami operator isn't made anymore, but I believe you can use our 39-054 to replace it. Look it over and see what you think. The only issues would be that the installation holes may not be exact and the slot in the window frame may need to be filed to allow space for the arm, but if you're handy then you should be able to get it to work.
