Have thermal Gard all season windows in rental

A landlord from Minneapolis, MN says:

The part in the picture has snapped off and windows will not stay open. You can see the broken part and the part that is not broken.

Is it a Thermal gard window plastic pivot bar?

Your original hardware is no longer made like this, unfortunately. The good news is that we do sell the internal component, which is our 26-356. It is metal now and should hold up much better.

You will need to reuse the outer housing.

Take a look and see what you think.
