Plastic on window balances are starting to fail and I am looking to replace. I can't find a similar replacement product to what is installed now. Not sure if I could replace these with a channel balance if there is no similar product?

For more info they are a double hung vinyl window seats that tilt for cleaning

Hi, Anthony.
It looks like you have an old rod balance that is no longer made. However, our channel-type Series 775 can be used as a substitute. You'll just need to measure your bottom wedge and weigh your window sash to choose the appropriate spring strength option. To measure this old rod type balance, you want to measure from the top of the top nylon cap to the bottom of the bottom nylon cap. Don't count the shoe or the cord in your measurement There's a chart on the S775's product page that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
