We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the window label does not tell us the hardware that it uses. To identify your balance, we'd need to see photos of the original assembly removed from the window. Please make sure to include both ends, as well as any numbers stamped on it. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you depending on the type of hardware your window uses. 

I do want to point out that if you have overhead balances that install at the top of the window, unfortunately, those are not parts that we would be able to supply. Your best bet would be to reach out to the window manufacturer directly in that case.
