Hello,

If the pivot shoe is all you need, the 15-179 would be a good place to start. I'd recommend removing the show from the window jamb to confirm the width and thickness match the measurements shown below. Thank you!

I'm here long week and out of town will remove and measure soon but it looks like a match thank you so much
