Heavy Duty Kenlin socket

Question

I just received my order for the Heavy duty Kenlin socket for drawer guide replacement. They are not working the way that I had hoped. I wanted to know if I ordered the wrong part number, or is it possible that I am installing them incorrectly? The center rail will not go all the way through this replacement part.

If you could please help me and guide me to the right direction in rectifying this matter that would greatly be appreciated.
