Heavy Duty Replacement For ACME 30-1001?

A home owner from Olalla, WA says:
Hi,

My ACME rollers periodically bend out and spread open enabling the wheels to jump the track, which requires significant effort to remove, bend them back into shape/position, and then reinstall them. They are easily bent indicating an aluminum or alloy pot-metal fabrication. Is there a heavier duty roller assembly to replace them with that would use the existing track? Tearing open the wall to replace the track is not a desired option. Thank you.

Hello,

The 23-161 is a heavy-duty trolley for doors weighing 100 pounds and has 7/8" diameter wheels. The 23-189, on the other hand, is for a standard weight door and has 3/4" diameter wheels. Take a look and see which is closer to what you need. Thanks for posting!
