Heavy Mirror sliding door bottom hardware

Looks like I'm at the right place!
The bottom piece one with roller is damaged.
Could you please let me know if the part is available?
The upper piece is a hook , no roller, showing code DSH-20121.
The damaged bottom piece shows 50121.
The piece in picture is cracked, the other roller piece (not in picture) is completely broken.
I'm redoing my floor which is why both doors are uninstalled at the moment. It would be great if I can hear back soon.

Hey Helen. I believe this is the 23-199 Bottom Closet Roller with a Convex Wheel. Please compare. We also carry a sturdier, ball-bearing version of this part that might interest you: the 23-225. Take a look and let me know if you have further questions!

Thank you for your prompt attention.
The metal frame measure seems correct.
But the plastic part holding the roller is extended out , so the entire piece is longer. It's 4' 3/8 length. Is the plastic portion moving up and down to fit for the height of the door?

Yes, the overall height of the roller can be changed via that adjustment screw at the top/center. That's why the overall height seems different; your roller is set at a height that best accommodates your door. But if the overall dimensions of the metal hull match, then I think this is our best match for you. Let me know if you have further questions.

Do I need to replace both pieces of the door?
Would you be able to provide some tips on how to remove the damaged one? What type of tools needed? Sorry but I'm not that handy.

While you technically only need to replace what's broken, I often find it's best to replace both rollers at the same time, or else you find mixing new and old parts cause both to wear out faster.

As far as removing the old rollers, you'll need to first remove the door and place it on a stable surface. Then, get a pair of needle nose pliers and gently, but firmly, wriggle the hooks out of the slots where they're installed. You simply reverse this process for installation.
