Heavy Sash tilt spiral balancers needed.

Question

I have a vinyl tilt sash. Stain glass was installed in the upper and lower sash.The lower Sash weighs 54lbs.The tube is white 5/8" 29 1/2inches.Before purchasing the custom parts just want to confirm I'm ordering correctly.Including a couple of pictures.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Can you please verify the wight of the window. 54 pounds is absolutely enormous, especially for what appears to be a normal pair of tilt window spiral balances with white tips. That weight is quite literally off the charts. The heaviest available for this size is 40 pounds, custom or not, and the white tip specifically is only rated to hold 29 pounds at most. 54 pounds is not made.

Have you found your window difficult to operate in the past? Is it only one balance per side, as it appears in your photos?
