Heavy duty handle has broken, Acorn Dorwal brand

Question

IMy heavy duty sliding door handle , that slides to the right broke. See picture . I took picture of front and back, identifier that I can find., most notable is Acorn Dorwal which I guess is the brand.  Please let me know if you have the replacement parts.  How much  the total cost and how soon.  Thank you.

Thank you for your patience with us during our busy season. I believe our 82-055 Acorn Sliding door handle set can be just the ticket in replacing your current set. Look over the measurements to confirm this is the correct part. You may also want to check on the rollers of the patio door. With the way your handle broke,it tells me that there may be some issues with the rollers. When opening and closing a patio door, you shouldn't have to do no more than a little push to get it open or close. If you're having to pull or push it with more force, then chances are, your rollers may not be gliding on the track as smoothly as they should.
