I'm not sure what it is you need, exactly. All I can see in your pictures is a broken nylon cap, which resembles our 21-111. Is that all you wanted? Please compare dimensions just to make sure it's the same. If not, I will need you to remove the hardware you need from the door so we can get a better look.
