Height adjustment screw?

Hi-Can you please tell me if this is the height adjustment screw for my acorn sliding glass door?

Hello,
I'm not sure but I would think that it would be the adjustment screw since it is inside the door. When adjusting the screw, I would recommend taking the weight off the door to help with the adjustment. You could also have someone help hold it up or use a pry bar to lift the weight off the wheel.
