Height of this roller assembly

Question

Hi, What should be the overall height of this roller assembly when adjusted to down to the minimum height? My original Truth 31761 overall height is 1-3/8 including the bottom of the rollers sticking out from the casing. installing purchased 81-018, which rollers stick out about 5/16" makes the sliding panel too high to fit back in between the track and the frame. Do you have suggestions for a different product? or am I not adjusting the height low enough?

I think this is the right roller; that is to say, I don't think you'll find anything on the market that's closer. If you adjust the wheels up as far as they can go in our 81-018, they should only stick out by 1/4". That should be enough to get your door back into the track. Also watch the video below, this may help. The roller shown in this video is different but the method of getting the door back in the frame is more or less the same.
