Held-Wen Cassment Windows need new parts

Question

Hi,  I'm in search of replacement parts for my four Jeld-Wen casement windows at my beach house.  All have signs of rust and need to be replaced.  Can you assist will selling me the correct parts?

Hey there,

Thanks for contacting us! Your casement window operator seems to be identical to the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator. The black nylon piece at the end of the straight arm is the 39-529 track slider, which is sold separately. If your current cover is not removable, you can use either the 39-376 folding or the 39-452 to replace it.

Be sure to have a look at the other hardware tagged below to determine if you might need it for your repairs.
