Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like the Series 210 assembly, specifically the S210-20 since your cartridges are stamped with the numbers 12 and 8. A pair of the S210-20 assemblies will support a sash weighing 37 to 40.99 pounds.

For the second larger window, we recommend referring to the stamps on the cartridges. You are more than welcome to upload photos of the assembly for us to review as well.

Hi Emily, I have attached additional photos of our 2 windows plus the clear plastic piece located above the tensioners. Would like to purchase a new matched pair for each window and replace all 4 clear clips above them, thank you again for your assistance.

The balance assembly shown in your first photos resembles the S210-20 that we discussed previously.

As for the other photos, take a look at the S210-26. A pair of these assemblies will support a sash weighing 49 to 52.99 pounds. As for the bracket, see the 16-030 which is sold separately.
