Thanks for reaching out to us. The piece in question is a slide, or guide, for a casement window hinge. The bad news is that this slide isn't sold separately by any company I know of. If yours is broken, you will need an all new hinge assembly.

My top recommendation from our own inventory is the 36-048. The design differs from yours, somewhat, but that doesn't matter so much. As long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it should function perfectly well. The video below will go into more detail.
