Hello, I'm trying to identify a window balance. One is 27" long and one is 29" long. They measure 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep. There is no window make decal or stamp.

I specifically need to see how the balance attaches to the pivot shoe, how it installs at the top, and all relevant attachments there might be. I'd also like you to tell me if there's anything printed on the metal channel itself in each case; if not, I need you to weigh each sash on a scale and tell me their precise weight, down to the ounce.
