A contractor from Norristown PA 19403 says:

I have a non tilt half inch 29 inch balance. Your product S351-29 is very close but the shoe is incorrect. I think I need a 15-003 shoe. "s A2840" is stamped on the balance I removed from my window.

Hello, thanks for writing in. The 15-003 shoe doesn't come with any of our stock options, but we can have it custom made for you. If you'd like to proceed with a custom order, I'll just need two pieces of information. Firstly, are there any other stamps on the metal channel? If so, can you please show them to me. If there are no other stamps, we'll need you to weigh your window sash to determine the correct spring strength. Finally, I'll just need to know your desired quantity. From there I can e-mail you a custom order link.
