Hello!

We don't have a direct replacement option for your tilt latch but our 26-132P is similar and our best option. As for the pivot bar housing, see the 26-330. This is a bit different from yours but look over the specifications and see what you think. 

I'm afraid we can't get a good look at your pivot bar since they're damaged, however. Could you remove an undamaged version from the sash and show us, especially the tip that goes in the shoe? We would also like to see a photo of your pivot shoe as well.
