A quick learner from USA says:
I need advice on T spline on a screened door with fiberglass screen that I'm replacing. It measures both directions at a little over 4/16 it looks to me. Would that be your 5/32 product ? Can round spline be used instead? Do you need a tool different than the normal rolling spline tool ?

We carry the 59-236 and the slightly smaller 59-237 splines shown below, but neither of them measures over 1/4". Take a look at the dimensions below to see if either of them could work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
