Help replacing casement window parts!

Question

I am trying to reach out for replacement window parts, please identify and provide info.
I've sent many emails along with photos requesting help identifying needed parts, so far all replies received is asking for a feedback.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your hardware appears to be a little old, so we don't have an exact match in each case. However I'll do my best to make a recommendation in order.

Lock: This part is obsolete and no longer made, but you may be able to use our 38-095 or 38-096 as an alternative, depending on size. You will need to review the dimensions we show on each product's respective store page to verify.
Hinge slide: These black slides are unfortunately not sold separately. If yours is broken then you need an entirely new hinge assembly, for both the top and bottom. In order to help, I'll need a photo of at least one of the assemblies (top or bottom) and the length of the base track.
Tie bar cover: This one is hopefully simple. I believe our 39-265 is a match, but again you will need to check our dimensions to confirm that they align.
