Question

Here is my door mechanism with a broken latch. Two screws go thru the mechanism and tighten without exiting the other side. I would like to replace the brass plate and knob which turns the mechanism.

Thanks for posting! The mortise lock you have here can be replaced with the 82-263 Mortise Lock. This lock is used on Andersen doors and it is compatible with the 82-241 Andersen Thumb Latch Lock.

Take a look over each of their dimensions to confirm that these are the correct replacements for your repairs.
