Question

I need to replace several balances on 3 windows (so far). The metal channel 28 inches long, and it is not a swinging window. It is stamped 27C. I do not know the weight strength needed. I do not have photos of it installed. I was only able to upload 4 photos but have more if needed. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your post! This window balance has wingless top and bottom attachments like the S351-28 or the S390-28. You'll need to confirm the depth measurement of the shoe to determine the correct replacement.

The 27C stamp can most likely be replaced with our 2730 stamp option but you may want to double check that your sash weighs between 13 to 19lbs.
