Coil Balance Help?

Hi friends,
Your videos are so helpful! I think I can do this project on my own, even-- which is a relief!
I'm not sure how to identify all of the parts or pieces of the window. I'd love more direction on how to get the exact information to you. It's likely not readily apparent in the image I have attached.

We'd be happy to help, but we would need to see your coil balance assembly fully removed from the window, including the pivot shoe the coil springs attach to. If there are no cutouts in the window to remove the balance hardware, you'll need to make them by following the video below. The video shows a different type of balance, but the cutout process would be the same. I'll include our coil balance videos on this page in case you haven't seen all of them yet. Thank you!
