Help Finding Replacement Balance

Thanks so much for your patience during this busy season. Your balance appears to match our Series 800 at first glance, but your post says that the metal channel width is 1/2". Can you kindly verify? The Series 800 channel is 3/8".

Note that we cannot garner precise size from just a photo of a ruler. Final determination on size must be yours alone.
