Question

Measurement from linkage pivot center to the center of the attachment hole is 4.5" . I believe the operator is 15.26 version, retaining clip on bottom. I need both left and right hand versions.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 39-171 and 39-172 operators look like what you show here. However, you will notice that the link arm on ours is 5". What you can do is drill out the old and new arms, then install the old arm on the new operator with the 62-014B rivet. To install this rivet, you'll have to hammer it in; I recommend doing it over a metal plate if you have one. Review the specifications and see what you think.
